Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GurAmmor Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our services, including but not limited to study abroad, work abroad, and settle abroad consultation and assistance services.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

Services Provided

GurAmmor provides immigration and education consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• Study abroad consultation and university admission assistance
• Work visa and employment assistance services
• Permanent residence and immigration consulting
• Document preparation and application support
• Language test preparation guidance (IELTS, CELPIP, etc.)
• Pre-departure orientation and post-arrival support

We act as consultants and intermediaries. We do not guarantee visa approvals, university admissions, or job placements, as final decisions rest with government authorities, educational institutions, and employers.

Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection, legal consequences, and termination of our services without refund.

Timely Cooperation

You agree to promptly provide requested documents, respond to communications, and meet deadlines. Delays caused by your inaction may affect application outcomes and we will not be held responsible for such delays.

Payment of Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in your service agreement. Third-party fees (government, university, embassy fees) are separate and non-refundable.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable immigration laws, regulations, and requirements of your destination country. Any violation of laws is your sole responsibility.

Limitations of Service

No Guaranteed Outcomes

We provide professional consultation and assistance but cannot guarantee visa approvals, admissions, job offers, or any specific outcomes. Decisions are made by third-party authorities beyond our control.

Not Legal Representatives

Unless explicitly stated, we are not lawyers or authorized legal representatives. For legal advice, you should consult with a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.

Third-Party Changes

Immigration laws, policies, and university requirements are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for changes made by government authorities or educational institutions that affect your application.

Fees and Payments

Service Fees

Our service fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. Fees are payable according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of engagement.

Third-Party Fees

You are responsible for all third-party fees including but not limited to: government application fees, embassy fees, university application fees, credential evaluation fees, translation fees, courier charges, and medical examination costs. These fees are separate from our service charges and are non-refundable.

Late Payments

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services or additional late payment charges. We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is detailed in our separate Refund Policy document. Please review it carefully. In summary, refunds are available within 60 days of payment if services have not yet commenced, subject to terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GurAmmor shall not be liable for any visa refusal, application rejection, or adverse decision by any government authority, educational institution, or employer
• We are not responsible for delays, errors, or omissions by third parties including postal services, courier companies, government offices, or online application portals
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us for our services
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of income, opportunities, or expenses incurred
• We are not responsible for changes in personal circumstances, financial situations, or eligibility criteria after application submission

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GurAmmor Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, you acknowledge that we may share your information with government authorities, educational institutions, and other third parties as necessary to provide our services.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

• By Client: You may terminate services by providing written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to our Refund Policy
• By GurAmmor: We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or illegal
• Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date and all third-party fees already paid

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services:

• Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations
• If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of our head office
• Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English
• The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India for resolution of any disputes.

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
