60-Day Refund Window
GurAmmor Inc. provides a 60-day refund policy from the date of payment, applicable only if the service process has not yet commenced. This policy is designed to protect clients who change their plans before we begin substantive work on their case.
Once we commence work on your application (including initial consultations beyond assessment, document preparation, application filing, or communication with third parties on your behalf), the refund window closes regardless of the 60-day period.
Eligibility Criteria
Refund Request Within 60 Days
Requests must be submitted within 60 days of the payment date.
Service Not Commenced
Refunds are only available if we have not yet begun working on your application (e.g., no documents submitted, no applications filed, no consultations provided beyond the initial assessment).
Written Request Required
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@gurammor.com with:
- Full name as per payment records
- Payment transaction details (date, amount, payment method)
- Service agreement reference number
- Detailed reason for requesting refund
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
Non-Refundable Items
Government & Third-Party Fees
Application fees paid to government bodies, universities, embassies, or other third parties are non-refundable.
Taxes & Processing Charges
Any taxes, bank charges, or payment gateway processing fees incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.
Services Already Rendered
Once we have commenced work on your case, no refund will be issued. Services considered as "commenced" include but are not limited to:
- Detailed consultation sessions beyond initial assessment
- Document review, verification, or preparation
- Application drafting or submission to any institution
- Communication with universities, employers, or government bodies
- Profile evaluation and strategy development
- Any customized service delivery specific to your case
Visa Refusals or Rejections
Refunds are not provided in cases of visa refusal, application rejection, or denial by government authorities, educational institutions, or employers. These decisions are beyond our control and are based on the applicant's qualifications and the assessing authority's criteria.

Review & Approval
Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
Receive Refund
Refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Important Notes
No Guaranteed Outcomes: Visa application outcomes (approvals, rejections, or delays) are determined by government authorities and are beyond GurAmmor's control. We provide professional consultation and assistance but cannot guarantee specific results. Refunds are not provided based on visa outcomes or application decisions.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Refunds will not be issued if applications are rejected due to false information, incomplete documentation, or failure to meet eligibility criteria disclosed during consultation.
Policy Changes: Immigration policies and regulations change frequently. If your application is affected by policy changes after service commencement, refunds will not be provided. We will, however, work with you to explore alternative options within the scope of our services.
